| - While in town, we could help but pop into this place because it was on Kitchen Nightmares! It was quite the experience!
Ambience: The decorations were very classic which made this restaurant charming! I also liked the cat paraphernalia , since I am a huge cat person! Best of all, the dining area was immaculately clean!
Sammy: He was very friendly and accommodating. He was the one who waited on us. We admitted to coming here because of the show which he was open to all of our questions and curiosities! The important thing was that we had great customer service!
Amy: She wasn't quite as friendly as Sammy was. If I ran the whole kitchen I don't know how friendly I would be either because I would be exhausted too! She's a talented baker though. Her pastries both tasted and looked great!
Menu: Their menu is now different from what you see on yelp and the show! Their menu features mainly salads, soups, and sandwiches! I didn't get to taste anything from it because we had just come back from a BBQ. I was disappointed to see that their burgers, pizzas, and pasta were gone because they looked so good!
Coffee and desserts: My fiancé and I ordered a French press coffee and a lemon cake. The coffee was great, not watered down like in most places! They also brought a side of steamed milk without an extra charge, awesome! The lemon cake was great, it had multilayers and marzipan flavor to it. My fiancé who doesn't like sweets other than chocolate helped me finish that piece!
Verdict: Next time I'm in town I'll definitely return, and I would want to try their sandwiches! I'll be sure to order their coffee again and another dessert! To those of you who have watched Kitchen Nightmares, go in with an unbiased open mind!
