This was a AAA service call. My key somehow got de-programmed for my vehicle, and I had to call for service. Dale was the technician who came out to reprogram the key. He was impatient and rude, and stated that he was "about to leave" because he couldn't find the place where the car was located despite explicit instructions.
My membership covered $150 worth of locksmith services. ABC invoice me for $125, yet they still charged me $25 out of pocket. This makes no sense whatsoever.
Upon calling "customer service," I spoke with a Jasmine, and extremely unprofessional representative who slurred her speech and used words like "gonna" and "uh-huh" instead of speaking to me in a professional manner. She got loud and bellicose and argumentative. I would NEVER use this service again, and AAA should think better about utilizing them as an authorized representative.
