  • After being a tmobile customer for over a year, I needed to do an upgrade. I called 611 to see what I qualified for with 0 down and have the payments spanned out over my normal monthly bill. The first person I talked to kept trying to push Samsung with a large down. After telling him that's not what I'm looking for, he said you can do an LG (not sure if the model) and hung up on me. That was the first frustrating experience. Second...I go into the store in Craig and Losee to inquire about getting the phone (unfortunately my ID was lost the night before & Dmv is closed for the weekend and holiday) I provided a old DL and my birth certificate and was told it was not sufficient enough. (I could understand if I was opening a new account) So I again called 611 provided my information and he said "I will note the acct that you can get the phone". OK, So I call back to the store and they say customer care had no authorization, its up to store policy. So I again call 611 spoke with a supervisor, explained everything and proceed to order over the phone with him. At the end he says that will be $99.00 today. What part of 0 down and span the payments over my bill did no one understand??? I would not have pursued getting a new phone if I wasn't originally told I could. While no one (except the first guy) was rude, I think this run around was a waste of my time and theirs and also poor customer service to a paying customer, who has never had a disconnect & always pays their bill. Seriously considering switching now.
