  • Thought maybe they would've gotten better with all of the problems in the past but.....no. Walked through South East entrance past hotel check in and all the way to the other side and not one of the (probably 40 employees) greeted me or even smiled after making eye contact. Btw, I'm dressed in black dress pants and white button down shirt. I played 60 dollars on the slots on 3 different machines and not one server was even in sight. My money went extremely fast on the machines so I guess the servers have that going for them. I mean, wasn't even there long enough to order a drink. Should've just went to my regular place but I guess since I'm not a regular here, I don't get any recognition even though I am currently a platinum player at stations. This place has not gotten better over the years, they've gotten worse. I blame it on management because I know there's a lot of new faces here so obviously the aren't being trained to work in a customer service related establishment... Garbage. Avoid
