  • On an early June day, the water pump on our BMW went out on I15 near Baker . While waiting for tow truck, we called Desert BMW, we called Desert BMW and spoke with Kat. She was very helpful and arranged for someone to be in the service department when car arrived. We knew that we would need to rent car, so Kat checked local car rentals for us. When it was determined that local car rental agencies would not be open when we arrived, she gave us the taxi phone number. We appreciate her help as it meant fewer things to do once we got to Desert BMW after a hot (109 degrees) wait on the I15. As soon as we arrived at Desert BMW, Butch came out to help us. An employee let me use his computer to find a rental car at the McCarran Car Rental terminal. When I mentioned that we would be calling a taxi to take us to the airport to pick up a car, Butch offered to drive us to the airport. This was after your service department had closed and I am sure it was after Butch's work hours. We are extremely appreciative of the help and support from Desert BMW
