  • Terrible experience. They were called for my release time and were scheduled, then they called to say they would be 15 minutes late due to a maintenance problem with one of their vehicles. Then they called back and said it would be another 45 mins late. Am a very dissatisfied rider and would never recommend or use this company again. After a surgical procedure, you don't want incompetent people not being where they are supposed to be and when.
