I've been training at this facility for a long time. And although I like it at this location, I have a couple of issues. It's ALWAYS overcrowded in the late afternoon/evening hours. I'm the type who likes to get in, train, and get out. But that's not always the case because you have to wait what seems like an eternity to use some equipment. Sometimes I have to skip or substitute a particular workout because someone's spending too much time using the equipment. Another issue I have is that they removed a few popular machines from their facility that I used on a regular, so that can get a little frustrating when you have to alter your workouts. On the plus side, they've always had a friendly and courteous staff. With that said, if you're looking to workout at this location, the best times to go are early mornings when the senior citizens are in there, or late at night when it's empty. Although I'll continue to train here (because it's close to my house and work), it'll be real nice if they built another facility on the eastside.
