rev:text	I am terrified of dentists, and the staff here knows this. I had a very traumatizing experience with a dentist when I was a kid. They figuratively (and have on occasion, literally) hold my hand every single time I am there. My entire family has been going to see Dr. Vu for years. I myself have been going here for almost five years after moving back to Vegas. I went today for a cleaning, checkup and X-rays. The X-Ray tech that has been brought in since my last visit was the best! She had me laughing and let me just say, that has NEVER happened to me before during X-Rays. I'm always too nervous. She went way out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Vu is always the one who does my cleanings and she asked how my kids were. She didn't hurt my gums one bit and got through the cleaning and exam very quickly. The X-Ray tech (I wish I had gotten her name) did the polishing and taught me some new things about toothbrushes. Jeanine at the desk was awesome as is she every single time I have talked to her. She asked about my kids, hubby, mom, brothers (all of us who go here) and told me to tell my mom she said "hi". This practice really knows and cares about their clients. I have never waited long in the waiting room, they are never overbooked, and in my case (because they know my anxiety level) they get me in immediately so I don't sit in the waiting room having a panic attack. I cannot say enough good things about the people at this practice. I go back soon to get two teeth fixed, and this is the least worried about going to the dentist that I have ever been. I can't say I'm looking forward to it, but I'm not afraid to go. For me, this is HUGE.
