| - With a few exceptions, the nurses are terrible - unfriendly to say the least. Every time I've been there, they have students there too. Maybe they can be in the room once in awhile but not every. single. time. I don't need people "learning" on me at every appointment. I even had high blood pressure scares during pregnancy (which sent me to the hospital a few times in my third trimester) and they had the nerve to ask one of the STUDENTS to re-take my blood pressure to confirm that I needed to go to the hospital. She didn't even know how to take blood pressure, but pretended she did. I literally thought my arm was going to fall off because she couldn't get my pulse so she kept the cuff tightened for several minutes. Dr. Watters is very experienced, and very friendly, and I love Dr. Mills - she is smart, professional, and proactive. One of the best doctors I've ever had.
The billing department is ridiculous. After having a baby, they push you and try to guilt you into an impossible payment plan. Don't these people know you also owe the hospital(s) that delivered the baby too, along with all of life's other bills? When you do make a payment to them, they complain about how you haven't paid it off yet. Not to mention they try to make you start paying them before they have even confirmed how much you owe after insurance pays them. With me, they overestimated what I owe them by about $1,200 and had to write up a whole new payment plan with me after they got paid by insurance to correct their mistake - no apologies, nothing.
I won't be going back, even though I like the actual doctors themselves.
