  • I've gone to Einstein Bros Bagels for years. However, this location is definitely a place to avoid. The staff is really rude, and the quality is terrible. I call and order a doz bagels in advance. When I got home and opened the box I was stunned! They were burned. They should have been thrown out! This was not the first time this has happened. Plus I have gotten overdone bagels several times, & just plain burned twice. These people don't know how to bake or their timers aren't working! Avoid this place. I will never go back. Poor quality and bad service is too consistent over the past year.
