  • I haven't had a wax in a long time, so I was a bit nervous about going here. My initial impressions weren't the greatest- the building its in is a challenge to find and looks more appropriate for a group of lawyers/accountants than spas and stylists. The initial interaction was also a little odd, but she had confused me with a longtime client (easy mistake) and was never rude just an odd first greeting. But after this small stuff, I was truly blown away by Susan. She is so personable and friendly, constantly chatting to keep your mind off the pain. She is so laidback and it was easy to relax in her presence (waxing is not always comfortable). The wax she uses is some of the best I've ever had- she never had to go over the same spot twice and it didn't tear any skin off with it. Susan is also very reasonable and is never trying to rip her customers off- in fact, she will go out of her way to make sure you're taken care of and that you're not paying an arm & a leg for something. I highly recommend this place- especially if you're new to getting waxes!
