I went to see a movie on a Friday night, Oct 27, 2017 called, 'Thankyouforyourservice" and wasn't helped correctly from the person, Christine who was at first nice to help me use her hand device to get my ticket confirmation number which actually all that time was on the printout I gave them in person that led me to repay out of pocket when initially I paid online to see this movie. Been fighting with Fandango to get my refund being I had to pay twice for this movie because all this time I found out the ticket confirmation was on there all that time we were talking. This cause me a lot of grief especially Sat to fight for my refund and here Christine, maybe the supervisor then weren't familiar with finding the information that I didn't have to go through the hassle of getting and had to pay it out of pocket again. This was my first time doing this to go through Fandango who was contracted through Cinedome 12 for customers to get a seat reserved and this is what I put up with? Really? I had to go through Fandango to get my refund, not through Cinedome 12 became more headache. Hopefully, I better get my refund.
