  • If I could, I would give this place negative stars. I don't even know where to begin. How about with the pest problem? I have dead bees appearing in my bathroom and no one they send seems to be able to figure out where they're coming from. We've had three rats since we moved in and an ant infestation. None of these things were solved by the apartment complex. Any time we put in a ticket to have something repaired, it takes two weeks or more, and usually another call, before anything gets fixed. They haven't been able to fix the leaking AC unit, which has been a problem for months now. And there is a terrible smell coming up from the drains which they say is a sewage problem in the apartments, but they have yet to send anyone to fix it. Classy, right? Then a few weeks ago, I was taking a nap and the maintenance man came stomping back in his work boots on the white carpet, started shouting loudly, and beating on the bedroom doors. It scared me half to death, so I opened my door with a bat. He backed up and said he was there to fix a hole in the roof. We never put in a work order for a repair in the roof, so I told him to get out. When I went to complain about this, they told me first that no one with his description worked there. Then they changed the story to say he was there for a different repair we ALSO hadn't put an order in for. They had no explanation for his stomping around, screaming, beating on the doors. They told me I was overreacting and they would just put a note on file that maintenance has to call before coming in. That would be great, except he wasn't supposed to be there in the first place, so how is that going to help at all? So now we're trapped until the lease is up, in a smelly ratty apartment, we don't feel safe, and the apartment staff does NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING. This is one of the worst places I have ever lived. It's unsanitary, it's unsafe, it's unprofessional. AVOID this place at all costs. There are better apartments, for better prices, at higher quality.
