  • Mercedes-Benz seems to have a salesforce that believes that they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. For some reason, selling you something nice makes them feel arrogant or empowered. I don't understand. I went to Lexus after dealing with this type of situation for 25 years of owning a Mercedes-Benz and I could not be happier. Aside from the manager of Fletcher Jones who was extremely apologetic about my experience, I will stay clear from Fletcher Jones and any Mercedes-Benz dealership in Las Vegas.
