I had Tiger mechanical repair a refrigerator in my rental house. The technician assessed the failure to maintain temperature to one or two possible causes. So he ordered the replacement part and with labor, it was $450. He installed the part and the Frig was working properly.
About 45 days later, the refrigerator wasn't maintaining temperature. I called and they send out a technician at no charge. I was not present but my tenant was. I called and asked for the tech to call me. A day later...no call. I call again and i asked again to speak to the technician. Instead, the girl answering the phone said she spoke to the tech and he said they were lots of problems and not to repair it. My issue with this company is the communication and customer service. I paid $450 and the company's attempt to fix my refrigerator failed. At the very least, i want to talk to the repair technician directly.
Don't use this Company. You shouldn't have to chase down a company to call your back or provide you the answers or service you paid for.
