  • pretentious! thats all i can say. The front desk girl, gabby is really rude. I was super upset about chantelle chopping off all my hair when I had asked for it to only be trimmed and take a little weight off of it. She decided to take a razor to my hair for 30 minutes and ruin my curls! you cant do that to curly hair! Than they charged me for an extra treatment to my hair that I did not have done. I spoke to the receptionist to complain, and gabby had basically laughed when I told her it was a horrible cut. I explained to her that my manager use to do hair and he couldnt believe that hack job she gave me! She never offered to return the service that I was charged for that I did not receive and she told me that its not the stylist fault my hair came out badly its the texture of my hair. I didnt buy enough products and blah blah blah. I don't know if I want to blame chantelle or blame ARCS for not giving these girls extra classes to go to or good training. I have been here probably 5 times. Why i kept going back? i do not know, i thought maybe it would change. Nope! this place is better for people visiting out of town. Not good for locals who are looking for a consistant hair stylist.
