  • Great guest service from Akita. She manage to help all 3 customers by herself including cleaning every rental vehicle herself for us. The wait was not too bad knowing it's understandable that she's by herself working and all 3 of us as customers understood her situation and waited patiently. But they do need to give her help, not everyday you'll have customers that is patient enough to wait or understand.
