  • I hate to give this a bad review because some of the ladies that rent here are amazing but the problem is the new receptionist. She has tried to book me with the wrong people, purposely not passed my messages along and gives me dirty looks when I go in. The last time I was in with my son there was inappropriate language on the radio and my nail lady told me the new staff was not listening to her about customer complaints. I have been going here for over 6 years so I know that something has changed for the worse and I can tell when the girls I usually see have low morale. Whoever hired this Aimee is obviously not paying attention!
