  • I can't even believe the lack of care or customer service at this location. Most dunkin donuts aren't the greatest but this was by far my worst experience. I ordered 1 donut and a medium iced tea. That's it. I got my donut and had too wait for my drink. The next customer ordered the same thing but an iced coffee. He got his coffee right away.. where did I miss this step? I waited for 7 minutes and it was clear no one was making it. I stood at the counter while 3 people tried to figure out a drive thru order for 3 minutes completely ignored. When I was finally asked what I needed she got it right away and said the original guy should have made it. She gave me a size larger but i didn't feel better. There was a spilled coffee on the pickup counter and they literally threw some paper towels on it. It was everywhere, including the floor. The lack of care for the customers and rules of food service like how to use gloves was very apparent here. I will NEVER go back to this location and I recommend you avoid it as well.
