I shop at Chuppa's at least twice a week and will not buy produce or deli items anywhere else. Chuppa's is a great little market that meets all of my fresh food needs in a hurry. I can go there, get everything I need to make several meals, and get out of there within fifteen minutes with tons of fresh products and a bill that's much lower than it would have been if I had shopped at Giant Ripoff or other grocers in the area.
The customer service at Chuppa's is usually great. If they don't have something you're looking for and you ask for it it's usually on the shelves by your next visit.
The soups are also the best in Parma. Be sure to get some for lunch or a quick dinner.
The only criticism I have of Chuppa's is that I really wish they carried more organic produce. Sometimes you can find some homegrown tomatoes or another random homegrown fruit or vegetable, but most of the produce is grown in big productions out of out state and isn't organic. They do have sections of local and organic non-perishable products and I always buy quite a few things from those shelves.
Chuppa's is one of my favorite things about Parma. I love it.
