I have a love hate relationship with this restaurant, this location. The food is consistently good and the service is consistently bad. Every time I go, I swear I am never going back. They get bad remarks for service and well deserved. The management seems to think more servers are the solution. More does not equate to better. If they had 5 good/interested servers and they had a section and made money, the problem would be solved. The kitchen seems well run except for the sanitation grade, 90. The food comes out quickly and is consistent with the pictures. It takes me about 6 months to get over each visit and then with high hopes, I try again. The music sucks and it's always cold. A real restaurant manager could fix this place quickly and it would be packed.
