  • I have worn and bought Levi since I could remember. This last pair of jeans that I bought kept getting holes in them. Patched them up once and after that, the holes kept popping up. So, I finally decided to take them back (didn't have a receipt) and try to get them exchanged out. The manager that was on duty was a tall gentleman, very tall and was very well put together. I told him what was going on and he had no problem helping me out. Got me a brand new pair of jeans and I was on my way in less than 5 mins. I have never experienced such great customer service before. Props to the the manager and his team for holding such a great team of professionals and yet friendly workers. I will only shop at this location as long as I live in Las Vegas, Nevada.
