  • Well let me start with the positive. David is the best, the main reason I even go there. Always willing to help, knows everything there is to know about everything. So I Decide to start vaping. I go see David and ask about which is the best vaporizers and vape mods on the market you direct me to a couple I end up getting a KangerTech sub Mini what an awesome setup unfortunately someone else liked it more than I did so within a week it's already come up missing. I returned to David and ask what should I do he stares me in the direction of joyetech. another hundred and $9 for this unit and we're up and running. I come back a week later and he stares me in the direction of getting a better tank which is called the cleots by aspire $40 I also get so great battery on the planet a 3000 mwh red battery battery it will last forever could she have to have some juice which was $20 a bottle,and some other needed items so I walk out the door another $150 donation to mojo. It hasn't even been 2 weeks and now I'm experiencing problems I return to the shop tonight and hopes to see David and get the problem fixed however I ran into another gentleman who decides to help me instead I'm now being told that both batteries the purple one that I bought originally with the joystick and my super duper battery the one that lasts forever is now no good I tried to explain to the gentleman this battery both batteries are less than 30 days old how old and how is this possible what is the life expectancy of these does this happen very often I hear no but we can sell you another one for $17.95. During my discussion David comes over and speaks with the gentleman says hey he spent a lot of money with me in the last 30 days to a few hundred dollars one night we should be able to help him and just go ahead and give him a battery don't you think the gentleman says no of course not everybody has to pay so here I'll leave mad upset and still without a working vaporizer and I'm over 200 and some odd dollars into I look on Yelp for help I call a place that's called a plume of vapors. This shop is located on Country Club and the 60s Motel 6 it's open until 2 o'clock a.m. and has a great friendly staff. I explained my situation to them and tell them of my experience with these guys and they quickly assure me that everything's going to be fine just come on down we'll take care of it. imagine that another company taking care of a problem from another competitor. It's explain to the lady that I couldn't come tonight it was already a little too late however I would gladly be there tomorrow she is sure to me anytime would be fine I asked would there be a charge for this by chance she said absolutely not will take care of it your battery is within 30 days we'll figure something out for you now that's customer service and I haven't even shopped there yet
