  • They lost me at hello...I called up The Marks Street location in Henderson to inquire about my girlfriend and I possibly coming in at the end of the week for a 'one time' visit for facials or massages. There was never a smile in this woman's voice the entire time. I almost felt like I was bothering her! She quoted $55 for an hour of massage or facial. Not once did she say she hoped to see us, or mention anything in terms of an offer, like a 'two for one' special or anything to sell us on their services! If they do not welcome you over the phone, why would we spend our hard earned money to actually go there and give them our business? NOT a good first impression folks. When we decide on a spa day, we will be looking elsewhere.
