  • The repair department was excellent. They fixed two costly appliances, one of which we were told by another company that we'd have to replace (replacing would have cost $1,200). The service staff were extremely professional. They put shoe covers on before entering the house, laid cardboard or plywood down to protect the floor before pulling the appliances out, completed the repair faster than promised, and did not charge for any additional parts outside of the base fee. Not only would I use them again, but I am using them again as now our 7 year old built in oven needs a repair! Great company.
