  • After having my hair dyed purple by someone else and subsequently ruined, I found Applause and made an appointment to have it fixed. As it turned out, they made the appointment for me with Audrey, who had been looking to do this sort of thing on someone. She did the most amazing job. She even made arrangements to have Ashley help with the initial process of applying the stuff for lifting the existing color out her due to the length of my hair (almost to my waist). The initial application of color was beautiful (but as with any first time application of color on virgin hair) I had to go in for a follow up 2 weeks later to have the color reapplied. The color achieved on that visit was exceeded all my expectations. It was perfect. Highly recommend Audrey (or anyone there)
