| - Seriously, I placed an order for same day delivery to the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian. I didn't get an invoice emailed after 30 minutes, so I decided to call just to make sure. They told me that they received the order when it was placed, but they weren't going to deliver it. They didn't even give me a courtesy call or anything (mind you I'm pressed for time, and I decided to go to them because they'd deliver in 1-3 hours). They said they weren't going to deliver because it was "too much of a walk, and too far". They told me since it's in a shop, it would be $45 dollars delivery charge. And even at that, they point blank said they weren't going to deliver it! I would have paid the ridiculous fee, because it was for an anniversary, but they didn't even offer that! What kind of BS is that? WORST customer service ever. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. So, I simply hung up and took my business elsewhere. There are SO many other flower shops in Las Vegas people! Go there instead! Never in my life have I encountered such a rude florist, in which is part of a business that's suppose to spread love and happiness.
