Joe is an awesome guy. He comes from Chicago. He knows how to cut and style hair. I was lucky enough to learn a lot about him and his love of hair dressing. However, though he never was the reason for me for returning. I have made "three attempted" phone calls two of them were abruptly hanged on which I specifically wanted to ask if "Joe" was available for a certain time; person on the line "female" left me hanging about and I heard her conversation with another client or co-employee. They were laughing, giggling about. It felt quite unprofessional. I mean; I patiently waited.. I heard a good "4 minutes and 35 seconds of their conversation" while hanged on the phone... So, I hanged up called the next day. Asked for Joe. Another "female" answer "same person" then was hanged up on. From then on. I just had to move on and looked for a different place. I for one. Would never discredit this Salon. The stylist here are amazing people and are talented. My girlfriend had a regular stylist she would see; I think her name was Stephanie. Overall, I liked the stylist's and the talented hairdressers they have on their lineup however, whoever was on the receptionist that day should have been more focused on customer service. I may or may not return. But please do give these guys a chance! They are awesome. They just need to work on the focal point of their business and it's customer care. I appreciate your services Mode Salon!
