rev:text	VERY disappointed! Have been faithful to this Vet for over ten years... my dog is now having seizures and they are taking advantage of it!! I had to refill his phenobarbital today and they charged me $24.00 for 15 pills!!?? Because he is due to for his exam, which I had ALREADY SCHEDULED for next week, they told me I only got 1/2 prescription. I was fine with that until I found out it is only $4.00 less than they entire prescription because they charge a "DISPENSARY FEE??"" Serious!??? I HAVE to get it filled with them...last year was 16.00/month...this year is 28.00 a month... to keep him from having seizures because it a "controlled substance?! What a rip off!! Have spoken to a few of my co-workers at American Airlines and I am sooo being ripped off!~ When I picked up my meds... which I called at ten AM since my dog was OUT over the weekend ( I was out of town) and it took them until 5 minutes til 6 to fill it? I called three times today and asked if it was filled due to he missed his pill this morning, just to be told the "clinician" was busy and had not gotten to it. I told them I had a 20 minute drive to pick it up, they called at 530 and I barely made it! When the nice lady up front asked them in the back if I could get the full prescription...they said NO! They were off work at 6pm and I had enough to get me through the week!!!??? REALLY!??? WOW... I dont know what has happened to this plNace but I am DEFINATELY changing VETS... they seem to no longer care about my pets... it is all about the mighty dollar. I am sorry to have to leave, the girls in front are sooo nice, but the back staff... zero. I will let you all know where my Tank (pug terrier) ends up for his "wellness exam" which Family Vet charges OVER 300.00 for.... I am SURE I can find it half that....Peace!! XO
