I've gone to this location via their drive thru dozens of times over the past eight years and sadly it has steadily been going downhill. I don't think it's the employees' fault necessarily because I've noticed they are busier and busier with less and less help. It used to feel more personal but of late it feels more like a fast food drive thru. It's unfortunate because Starbucks is expensive and I expect the service to be better like it used to be.
The corporate office needs to review it's business model. You can't keep raising prices, reducing your staff and expect people to keep coming back.
Something about this particular location is that the espresso has a burnt taste sometimes.
