  • Ignore the spiteful malicious reviews from idiotic patrons who lack the basic common sense needed to adhere to established safety practices. I've been coming here since 2013, initially to take the state mandated concealed carry course, which was a great experience to say the least. The level of professionalism and expertise that was put on display by the female instructor was evident, as was the laid back atmosphere which made 12 hour course palatable. They even ordered pizza for lunch, which was amicable to say for least. I have continued to frequent Sherwin since attending the ccw course and have always found the staff members to be immensely helpful and knowledgeable with respect to any concerns. By the way, the owner is retired Army - I'm pretty sure his level of firearm proficiency is a notch above most. Highly reccommend!
