  • If I could give this apartment complex a negative rating I would!!! We started to get a bad bug problem so we informed the front office about it they send out a guy four different times to bug bomb the apartment. And they kept coming back. I was upset about it so I talked to my neighbor and he said he had the same problem but when he went to the front they said it was coming from the apartments behind us and they were coming through the wall. The bug problem never got solved so when we moved we left all of the furniture only taking our clothes because everything was destroyed by these bugs. The next biggest problem was the water heater I would have to turn on the water and let it run for 45 minutes before it got warm enough to even bear taking a shower. While I was in the shower I had to have the sink running and constantly keep flushing the toilet to keep the water hot. It really pissed me off because the apartment complex would turn off the water and not inform the us. There were several times I went to get ready for work and there was no running water. it's really annoying having to go to work and not be showered. It would have been a different story if they were to inform us that they were going to turn it off but they failed to do that. The landscaping people came every Monday morning, really early in the morning waking everybody up. it would have been more considerate to do it later in the day while most people were at work. I have no good comments about Rancho Vista I just hope people do not move there and do your research before you do.
