  • We took our kitchen lamp -- which has hung over our kitchen table for at least 28 years -- to Tepper to see if they could identify why it was suddenly sparking. A very nice repairman (we didn't get his name) helped us right away, and took us and the lamp back to the shop. He chatted with us while taking the lamp apart, quickly found the problem, and fixed it in 10 min FREE of charge. It's so rare to have that kind of experience any more. We really appreciate it! As background: Over the years we have used Tepper's design services and repair services and have always been pleased. They do quality work and they do seem to care that you be satisfied with it.
