Since the day I moved in next door and saw the sign I've been impatiently waiting for the doors to open.
My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to go for a private event and Maverick's did not disappoint. We got to meet with Jason Toner (General Manager) who explained to us their journey of opening Mavericks, from sourcing food locally to experimenting drinks with some of the best mixologists the city has to offer.
The venue is spacious with a main floor for dining and enjoying drinks with friends. For those who want a more private experience there is a private dining area on the 2nd floor.
The food was great, locally sourced with a twist on traditional brewpub favourites.
This will definitely be a favourite spot of mine and being next door means it's only a few steps away.
