  • I love Dr Garcia, she's wonderful. But the staff and nurses are unhelpful and often rude. I left 3 messages before I got a call back. This was over the course of 3 weeks, so I gave ample time for their 48-72 hour callback policy. After finally calling back, they wouldn't give me the information I asked for and were somewhat rude. My insurance company needs info from them. In the mean time, I'm paying more than I need to because my insurance company doesn't have the info they need! I no longer live in Las Vegas, so I don't go to Box Canyon anymore. I followed Dr. Garcia there from another office because I liked her so much. But the service from the office staff and nurses is pretty disappointing. Update: Dr. Garcia's nurse, Judy, hung up on me when I called because there were issues with my insurance and a prescription. When I said I couldn't make an appointment to see Dr. Garcia because I now live in Los Angeles, I was told that it's "not that far." I'm sure their office thinks I was in the wrong, but how is it okay to hang up on someone when they're trying to get important medical issues resolved?
