I love the privileges I have with Discount Tire. I bought 4 recently new tires and attached a warranty to it because sure enough I would expect to find a screw in one of them. You can never be too careful to get a warranty. It saves you money and it covers free patch up repairs or free brand new tires if it's not fixable from any leaks, wear down threading, or blowouts. I obviously came on a busy day but I saw that there was no lines and everyone was just scattered in that room waiting for assistance. I like how one employee sees and knows the sequence of people who came in because I almost experienced some people who tried to cut into my turn for their service. I feel they should all be more organized when it came to that and not just that one employee who was very observant with that. The others just tried to take one the next person without asking who was next or waiting for a long time prior to the ones just coming in and getting help right away. I was estimated 1.5 hours for my one wheel to get patched but it was understandable for the amount of overflowing customers that were there. They also rotated and aligned my tires, and pressurized air into my tires for free. One thing I didn't like was that I was missing 4 of my tire air pressure caps which I assume they forgot to place them back on. If you ever get your tires done at any store, I recommend that you check before you leave so they can give you caps if there aren't any. I had to buy a whole new set at autozone which was only about $4 anyways, but that still take time out of your way to fix that problem.
