If you must go to Cobblestone, take the drive to the one on Scottsdale Blvd. I moved here 7 months ago and signed up for the monthly pass to get my car washed anytime I wanted. I went last week and they told me my card was not working. I forgot that my card was lost/stolen and I requested a new card. I forgot to update this establishment with my new card. The guy out front said, "No Problem." I will be grandfathered in because now the price had increased. I went inside to give them my new card and the guy said he needed to call corporate for a special code. He was not able to make that call/decision. We tried and tried to get a hold of someone. I finally went and got coffee and came back and we tried calling again. We were told that "she" is not back in the office until tomorrow and "she" is the only one that can make this happen? WHAT? I spent almost an hour dealing with this and the guy at the store was very nice. Apparently they are not empowered to make any decisions. I was told I would get a call the next day and this would be cleared up. That was 8 days ago and I still have not received any communication from them. What a crazy way to do business having to go to the corporate office to get something so easy approved. This location did not clean the car as good as the Scottsdale location anyway. They also take about 30 minutes! See you later Cobblestone!
