  • Eldorado Grill is one of my favorite restaurants in Madison. You really can't order anything bad here if you try. It's great for happy hour, brunch, or dinner. The spicy margarita is not kidding, it is SPICY. They have a ton of different bloody mary options. One of my friends swears by the huevos rancheros. Personally, I'm dying to try the blue corn flap jacks. Eldorado is a great restaurant to impress your out-of-town friends when you want to skip the usual cheese curds and beer. It's a popular spot though, so it's good to have a reservation.
