  • We had a sales call from Boyd this week and found him to be straight forward, no pressure and extremely knowledgeable about his products. He gave us good advice about trim options and voluntarily steered us away from a design decision that would have cost us a lot of money. I'll update this this review when we have the shutters, but I'm very optimistic that what has started out this well, will have a great result. He is responsive to email and he does get back to you quickly if you leave a message with his answering service. Update: We took delivery of our shutters and were very pleased with the product and the installation team. This is a purchase that started and ended well. I certainly would buy from him again! Nice work Boyd and team.
