Update: Due to Steve's response, I'm changing my 1-star review to 3-stars. I still disagree that the chicken we reveived could be considered boneless wings (maybe three of them...they rest were truly tiny), and the mozzarella dough was raw upon receiving. The explanation of why baking didn't help makes sense though. I will update again after I try the place out again, and likely scrub what I previously wrote if all goes well. Everyone deserves a second chance.

First impressions are so important. This was takeout. $19 after tax, my boyfriend got a TINY portion of buffalo chicken and 6 fried mozzarella pockets with dough that was still raw. Good thing they included 2 giant cups of ranch for all that (lol) chicken and one small cup of marinara for the 6 somewhat large mozzarella pockets. I always wanted to try this place. Guess I'll pass!
Update: Ok, after a little online research magic... This is to the owner.
Steve, I want to like you and your restaurant(s). You are probably a nice guy to those that know you and I align with you politically. However, you are way too defensive when it comes to addressing Yelp complaints. Some deserve the attitude (like the girl and her multiple beers... love how you checked the camera!), but others had valid complaints and the tone of responses seemed unnecessary. MY complaints are valid, yet I'd be afraid to actually speak to someone there and get flak (me and my German/Irish temper...). How about apologize when apologies are due and vow to do better?
