  • I took a truck we rented back to this location for drop off and was disappointed in the service staff. A young lady behind the counter was playing a game on her telephone that didn't even acknowledge that I was standing in front of her waiting to be served. There were only two customers in the office and I stood waiting until another representative was available to help. I would have given them less stars, but the customer service person who later helped me was polite and did a good job.
