  • Our garage door cable went off track and got tangled up from a little U-Haul incident, and the garage door wouldn't close all the way. Since we live in an HOA, having our garage door open for too long would definitely get us a violation notice. I found 1st Call on Yelp, and called them at 1:30 today - it is now just around 5 pm and I have new cables, new springs and the whole rack has been adjusted beautifully. Patrick assessed the issue quickly, gave me a fair quote, and was so professional throughout. His work was perfect and he was one of the nicest service repairmen I've dealt with in a long time. I am so glad I went with 1st Call!
