  • Very dishonest people. A gentleman answered the phone and identified himself as Brian and gave me a quote and an appointment. When I went in today a young punk was behind the counter and said that Brian quoted me wrong as he didn't know know what he was doing. This young guy scrolled through a diary with a lot of markings and said that he could not find my quote or appointment. He suggested that I shouldn't shop around for tires and just settle for his quote which was almost $ 200 more than Brian's quote. My whole Saturday ruined because of their inefficiency and miscommunication. I wonder how they stay in business.
