This place has some very strange restrictions. However, they offer the African-American products I like. I don't like the three try on wig policy. I have a hard time choosing things that I can't see or touch. I want to know what I am buying. Also, they place clamps on the products so that you can't open them to see the hair that you're buying. I learned that if you go to the front you can ask them to remove it so that you can view it. Although they don't state that when you walk in. The employees are sometimes helpful. It's either a hit or miss when I go here. I usually have to spend quite a bit of time to find what I want and need. Usually I'm using YouTube or other customer review sites telling me what products are good or not before I determine what I'm buying. What I like about this place is the prices are reasonable and it's the closest black hair store to ASU. Plus, you can get a rewards card to save money, but expect to buy a lot before you actually save anything from that. That's about it.
