My sister and I are still trying to figure out how this place has 5 star reviews. Making the appointment and checking in was easy but you don't meet your massage therapist prior to your massage. This is a major problem. I wanted a Swedish massage and instead my massage was VERY deep and I was in pain the entire time. My therapist just kept telling me to relax then proceeded to put his entire weight on my body. I came very close to just ending the entire massage several times. I don't like my face or scalp massaged but he did that anyway. Our feet (which were the main reason we got massages after walking the strip) were not massaged at all! How do you skip our feet during an hour long massage? To make things worse the female therapists phone went off 7 times AND SHE ANSWERED IT EVERY TIME!!! Our massages were so bad that we are almost positive they are not certified therapists. There was no technique at all just pushing and squeezing. We felt like a tube of toothpaste someone was trying to get the last drop out of. Our therapists actually climbed on the bed at times! The spa itself is run down and something in the room was loose and rattling very loudly the entire time. Once it was over we got dressed and ran out of there. The owner chased us out asking if we tipped and we said no. She asked if we enjoyed the service and we said no and left. I chose this place because of the good reviews but now I am sure they are from friends or relatives and not any actual clients of this place. I can't stress enough how badly they need to have a 30 second consultation to discuss pressure, areas to avoid and areas to give extra attention. Vegas is not short on spas, avoid this one there is no relaxation to be had here.
