  • I go out of my way to support small, locally owned businesses but Silk is inconsistent with food preparation. When it's good, it's good but other times not so much. My biggest pet peeve with them is they say they are open until 9:00pm but if you walk in at 8:30pm they make you take your food to go only; no table service. Not a good business decision.
