  • I made an appointment several months out because they're busy. When I arrived I told them that I was a new patient. Without even glancing up from her computer, a young woman said that my appointment was last week and I had missed it. I told her I didn't think that was right. Then she said it was the previous week but I had cancelled it. I hadn't cancelled my appointment. Eventually she decided that my appointment was that day but they had cancelled it because Dr. Gupta was out of town. She claimed they had left a voicemail a month before but I never delete voicemail and there was no sign of the voicemail or even a missed call. At the very least she could have said sorry for the confusion but instead she just said, "well we can't get you a new appointment until June." She also snapped at another young woman working there in front of everyone in the waiting area. What an awful experience. I've heard good things about Dr Gupta but no doctor is worth dealing with that dreadful woman at the front desk. No wonder Las Vegas has so much untreated mental illness.
