Horrible experience! Found plastic wraps still on one of our rolls. Asked for a manager and got a supervisor who was not empowered to do anything. Called owner at the other location and he argued with me over a refund. Instead he wanted to offer me a free meal at the Flamingo location. He blamed my experience on the restaurant being new and that the first location has been around for several years and he would take care of us. I was not interested. I disputed with my card company and was denied. All I wanted was a refund for the damn PLASTIC in our food. We should have choked on it and sued, but I am an honest person. The owner boasts he's worked for MGM Resorts, but if that was true he would know that they take care if their guests. I would never pay for plastic in my food at ANY restaurant that MGM owns.
