Our first visit was pretty good. On our second visit, not as good. We were close to purchasing a vehicle. Right when we walked in, I see our sales person and an Asian sales person. We walked up to our guy and said hi. He pointed us to the Asian guy next to him with an expression like we were toxic. We both took showers before going in...and use deodorant. I guess he doesn't help Asians anymore??? Maybe only Asians can help other Asians at this dealership? We should have just walked away but went in. I joked with him about how he forgot my name when we chatted on the phone and how he forgot who we were. His excuse was that I was wearing sun glasses...which I took off right after we enter the doors. We ended up not purchasing from them after what they called "miscommunication" on stuff that was agreed on.
I spoke with a sales manager about how we were treated. He said he was sorry and will speak with the sales person. He did not try to make it right or even offer anything to rectify how insulted we felt.
