  • Cesar Bustamante came to do an annual service and clean our electrostatic air cleaners. Not only was he professional and very knowledgeable, he actually cleaned our air cleaners for the first time since they'd been installed ... by Sierra Air, which had been under contract to do that job BUT DIDN'T DO IT. Before Cesar came, my wife constantly complained about the smell. Cesar actually showed us the filthy air filters that Sierra had never cleaned. Cesar got them clean and thanks to him, our A/C is finally happy, the air smells good and my wife is happy with the smell. I have to say, Cesar displayed more professionalism, expert knowledge and hard work than just about any service employee we've dealt with in the last five years.
